Villa Lisi With Pool

  • Villa Lisi is located in the village of Santa Cristina, just minutes from the beaches and the lakeside promenade that leads to the centre of Bardolino. The house is situated in a position that allows you to enjoy the lively city life, while also offering the opportunity to retreat and enjoy moments of peace and relaxation.

    The garden surrounding the villa is completely enclosed and includes a covered parking space and an additional spot for a second car.



    On the ground floor, Villa Lisi welcomes our guests with a spacious living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa and satellite TV. This internal living area is connected through large windows to the external terrace with a dining table. On this floor, there is the first double bedroom and a twin room, the two rooms sharing a complete bathroom with shower and washing machine.



    Going up the stairs, you reach the first floor, where there is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, dishwasher and everything necessary to cook excellent meals.



    From the kitchen, it is possible to access the external balcony, also equipped with a dining table and a BBQ grill, perfect for spending moments together with a view of the lake. The floor is completed by two more double bedrooms with large wardrobes and a bathroom with shower.



    All rooms are air-conditioned



    The villa provides access to an Olympic swimming pool and a children's pool, both shared with other guests of the residence, available from 1 June to 20 September.

    Lake Garda, located in northern Italy, is a tourist destination all year round.

    Guests can swim, surf or sail on the waters of Italy's largest lake.

    Many visitors also take advantage of the beautiful mountains for hiking and cycling or use the rotating cable car to reach Monte Baldo.

    Gardaland Resort and other theme parks are located about 20 km away, while Verona is 35 km away and Venice 160 km.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage, Pool ist super! Aber etwas teuer!

Haus ist super ausgestattet, sehr groß, mit tollem Garten. Kurzer Weg zum Pool (der war super gepflegt und fast immer ohne viel Leute). !!!!Ärgerlich war, dass in den umliegenden Gärten gefühlt von 07.00 Uhr bis 20.00 Uhr die Rasenmäher, Laubbläser und Heckenscheren liefen. Auch an Feiertagen und in der Mittagszeit wurde gearbeitet. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts.

we loved the villa. the views were spectacular and the space and rooms that we had were ideal for the 6 adults and one child. a very well equipped villa , very modern , lots of garden and parking space. the villa really could do with a stair gate , top and bottom to make it more child friendly. There were two in the under stairs cupboard but these did not fit the wide stair case. we had to improvise on the first foot by moving the sofa to block off the stairs. a minor inconvenience.

Smart property in a great location

The property is well appointed and is even better than the images on line. Its location is great for a nice stroll in to Bardolino (about 25 mins) and there are lots of restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the property. The pool is across the road only 2 mins away, this was occasionally inconvenient when you just want a quick dip to cool off. Maybe an outside shower at the property would be one way to help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful modern villa with stunning view of the lake.

This is beautiful, well designed villa which had everything we needed. Stunning views across the Lake from the terrace. Great location around 30 minute walk along the Lake to Bardolino. Had a wonderful holiday. Would love to go again!

Ein wunderschönes, großzügiges und liebvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit Garten

Die Räumlichkeiten sind neu, schön und modern eingerichtet. Die beiden Bäder verfügen über große Duschen. Von der großen Terrasse im Obergeschoß hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See und kann Abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Küche ist komplett mit sämtliche Utensilien eingerichtet. Der Garten mit den Olivenbäumen ist genial. Die Agentur vor Ort "DOMUS" war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Sie hat uns eine Stunde vor Ankunft angerufen, um die Übergabe abzustimmen. Die Verständigung auf deutsch war super. Wir kommen gern wieder.
