Villa with private pool within walking distance of the small picturesque town of Barga, in the Garfagnana mountain area, just north of Lucca. Beautiful and unspoiled nature.

The villa, which has belonged to the same family for several generations, is located just on the outskirts of the small town of Barga, which is one of the most beautiful medieval towns in the whole Tuscany.
It is located on a hill and as you walk up towards the cathedral you come across small characteristic alleys, squares and scenes from the Italian everyday life.
In the city, music and cultural events are often held,which has made Barga more and more attractive lately.
The view of the surrounding, wooded mountains is fantastic and the area is perfect for nature lovers as it offers plenty of opportunities for hiking.
In Barga there are also a number of cozy restaurants, pizzerias, shops, bars and shopping opportunities.

The building is on three levels and is very spacious with interiors in a homely and authentic country style.
It consists of:
Entrance on the first floor, living room with fireplace and TV, a kitchen with dining area (oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, American coffee maker, micro).
Upstairs where there are wooden floors, there are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, one bathroom with bath tub/shower and another bathroom with shower.
From the entrance, along a stair, you reach the ground floor where there is a small apartment with its own exit. It consists of its own small kitchen, a double room, a bathroom with shower. A laundry room with ironing equipment.
Internet wifi and heating available.

In the beautiful garden, which is fenced with hedges, there is a covered gazebo with tables and chairs for meals together outdoors. Here you will also find the private swimming pool of 12 x 6 mt (with a varying depth from [hidden according to Airbnb content policy]mt). Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.

There is barbecue and parking on the property.
