For me, only saved by the staff and the nice cafe attached where we got breakfast (included) and cocktails (extra!) The room NeVEr got cool, despite having the AC on full. The shower area was extremely grotty and mouldy. We were in the ground floor and unfortunately got a lot of elevator noise, and noise from doors opening from early in the morning. And a hotel in southern Italy having those horrible plastic sachets of instant coffee in the room…??

The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable. An unexpected bonus was the little bar and restaurant. The bar was a cozy place for a drink before going out to dinner. The breakfast buffet was really good with a nice selection of options. We even had a salad on our way out that was also good. A very nice stay in a charming town.

Great hotel and location

Hotel is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of old town Bari, shopping, waterfront, and excellent restaurants. Breakfast was outstanding. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking (extra charge) is available a block away in a parkade that is open 24 hours per day so it is easy to have access to your car.

The hotel was beautifully renovated and we were upgraded to a suite which was nice. A great size bedrooom and the bathroom/shower was amazing. Definitely the nicest hotel we stayed at during our 18 day Italy adventure. Walking distance to main part of city and old city. Staff were amazing - the young woman who checked us in on the 27th. The breakfast staff were wonderful and breakfast was better than expected. Definitely stay here again!
