「Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars...

「Everything was excellent, staff, spotlessly clean, view from our room (435). Breakfast had a very large choice. The only thing we thought could have made it better would be a more varied menu in the restaurant. Would recommend to other visitors to Sagres.」

Only had one rude experience with Eloise at the front desk 😒 Anabel was extremely helpful and polite so was Andre thanks to them,,I would look for them for questions during my stay, Eloise could use some customer service!!!! Training, I definitely will return otherwise,,」
