「Neben dem Aufzug steht eine Vitrine, in der das Hotel Urkunden der gewonnenen Preise und Auszeichnungen ausstellt. Es dürfte noch einige dazukommen, denn das Hotel ist fantastisch. Insbesondere das Personal ist so gut, freundlich und zuvorkommend, wie ich es noch nie erlebt habe.」

「The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious
The management is not up to a five star hotel standard.
Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful.
Secondly the food variety was not sufficient. Thirdly , on the last day, we went for breakfasts after checking out. We were told to...
