"We have stayed here many times and generally it’s been very good, however on this occasion things were not on song, our first night the room was very noisy as a function was taking place and loud disco music until 1am, please avoid room 106. I did voice my complaint and reception staff moved us to a different room much better nights sleep second night. Reference to room 106, bed not comfortable and very low, bathroom was cold towel rail not heating up and loo seat falls down as won’t stay up. The shower was difficult to turn off. However vast improvement on being moved to room 213. We eat dinner both nights, then menu not as good as previous stays. Would look to eat elsewhere."

"Breakfast was ok lack of pastries and hot food not refilled - dried up eggs and sausages hash browns were dried up too barely any bread jam and marmalade in an open bowl very unhygienic should be individual pots . No orange juice . Good selection of tea bags . Room was moist from roundabout outside early in morning . Was good after a midnight check in could get a cold drink in the bar "
