Rustic Lakefront Cabin with Bonus 'Tree House' - A Place to Unwind

"We loved our stay at the Rustic Lakefront Cabin. The property is unique, secluded and certainly has a rustic feel which made it awesome. It was perfect for the size of our group and the tree house bedroom was such a delight. The property was well equipped with everything we needed for time spent in or on the water: diving board, kayaks, row boat, life vests, swim goggles, beach towels and fishing gear - we used all of the above! We saw so many birds including bald eagles soaring and/or diving for fish, minnows & salamanders right by the dock. The house also has an extra refrigerator which was nice. The owners were very responsive and nice to work with. We would definitely stay again!"

"I don’t know how to describe this place without going on and on, but I’ll try to make it brief… and short this place is a little slice of heaven. Property is gorgeous. The host is probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life. Also and don’t forget his beautiful dog blue. Who is without a doubt, the friendliest dog in the world. If you choose to stay here, you will not regret it. It is comfortable and very clean. It’s so cozy and close to so many beautiful sites. You won’t regret staying here and you won’t wanna leave and you’ll definitely be back."

"It's an updated cozy typical lake cabin, which was exactly what we were looking for. Charm for days, and plenty amenities to cover most every need. We came while it was cooler and we loved it. Cabin stayed a perfect temperature. Location is definitely a big reason we stayed here and yes we still jumped into the water. The drive down to the cabin is definitely takes a few times getting used to, but we managed in a full sized Suburban. Hosts were responsive and polite. Definitely would return and recommend "

"Mid week early June - wonderfully peaceful! Cabin was very clean, well stocked, with a comfy couch to sit on to look out at the picture postcard view. Great home base location for our three days of exploring Lake Crescent, Hurricane Ridge and Salt Creek Rec area."

"Location on beautiful lake Sutherland is gorgeous!! But the home while cute and comfortable really needs a little updating. I’d recommend some fresh paint. No WiFi or tv and the primary bedroom has a double bed which was a little tight for hubby and me, but the setting is really lovely."

"It was much warmer in the shelter than expected! It was 49 degrees the night we stayed and I actually had to push off some blankets during the night. The bathroom was clean and had hot water which was very nice. Our dogs enjoyed their time as well! "
