Phenomenal location and perfect home

Nestled in a very quiet residential neighborhood the rental was well equipped and immaculate. The open deck afforded stunning sunset views and pleasant outdoor dining space. A top notch rental!

Beautiful Views in a beautiful home

This home has very nice amenities, a great kitchen and outdoor grill, plenty of room for 6+ people and stunning views. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

We love the Cape this time of year, and this home enhanced our experience. It was clean, comfortable and charming. The attention to detail was apparent from the fully stocked kitchen, with its beautiful blue willow dishes, to the binoculars provided to observe the harbor while enjoying the spectacular sunset. We would definitely recommend and will be returning.

A lovely home in a quiet neighborhood, with a peaceful beautiful water view. The house was super-clean and easily accomodated our family group of 6 adults.

Great stay!

We had the best time staying at this beautiful house! The view was incredible, the place was very clean and had everything we needed (there isn’t a TV, but we didn’t miss it). The location was great, we loved going to Nirvana every morning for coffee! The only problem we had was the access code not working on check in and throughout our stay, but thankfully someone answered when I called and gave us a backup solution. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Week

We booked this wonderful home to bring our family together for the week. The communication was terrific, the place was very clean, and the home was well equipped with everything we needed. Highlights included the decks on the first and second floor, the beach pass, the grill, the great (quiet) neighborhood, the access to shops, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and many other things too numerous to mention. We would highly recommend this spot!

Barnstable House

This is one of the nicest house and cleanest we have ever stayed at and we use VRBO a lot. Only had two nights here but the location is Fantastic l!! For our family of 6 it was perfect. My husband myself two grown kids and their spouses. If your in the fence go with this one

Beautiful Home on the Harbor

We loved our stay at this property. The location was perfect for our family of six. We loved that we were walking distance to the little village of Barnstable. We enjoyed coffee from Nirvana and food from The Buttercup Cafe. We also loved that the house was right on the water. Our kids spent hours exploring the rocks and water looking for sea creatures and fishing (water shoes are a must)! The house itself is so charming and fully stocked with everything you need for a vacation on the cape.

Darn near everything. Upstairs deck was great for evening cocktails and beautiful views all day but sunset in particular. We arrived on 8/31 and left in the early morning 9/8 and loved every minute we were there. It was our first time in Barnstable and I suspect we’ll be back.

Finally! An honest listing!

It was immaculate, well-stocked, (including toiletries, paper goods, and detergents) and everything worked! This is our first cape vacay where my elderly dad wasn’t puttering fixing something, combatting bugs or rodents, or mentioning something that could be different! We were wishing we had booked more time here!

Amazing House!

This house is incredible! Very clean. Fully stocked. Has everything your could possibly need or want. The views are incredible. It was a perfect place for our family. Theres a binder in the house that is extremely helpful if you have any questions or problems or tells you about the attractions nearby and has a beach pass. Vacasa was very easy to work with. I am so happy I found this place. We will definitely be back!

Fishing, Clamming and More!

This late September and early October offered some great fishing in Barnstable Harbor. Fly Fishing from the sand flats at low tide and along the shore and marshes at high tide yielded a bounty of stripe bass. A trip out in the harbor fluke, flounder and even bigger stripers. We also dug some clams and quahogs. We had easy access from this shorefront property after enjoying a brisk coffee and watching sunrise from the upstairs deck. We cooked the fish on the weber grill and enjoyed early dinner on the lower deck; everything was there for us. Stocked kitchen, linens, coffee, we enjoyed eating in as much as going to local restaurants and coffee shops within walking distances. Clean and nicely decorated we enjoyed our stay.

Loved this place!

This is our second visit to this gorgeous house and we will be back! Coming down with our older parents and two children this house and location is just perfect. The highlights for the grandparents were the first-floor bedroom, peaceful and quiet neighborhood, walks uptown to the coffee shop, village store and breakfast. We loved the views, drinks and sunsets from the upper deck, as well as, family cookouts on the lower deck. The kids loved the kayak rides to the sand flats in the middle of the harbor at low tide, exploring the harbor and fishing for stripe bass from the shore. We took advantage of the beach pass and chairs available as it was unseasonably warm. The reviews aren’t kidding this is the cleanest house we have ever stayed in. We loved the mix of antiques, comfortable furniture and fully equipped stainless steel kitchen. This is more like staying in a friend’s vacation house than a rental. Love, love, love this place.

I recently stayed at the Barnstable Harbor Home, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! Little piece of paradise

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and squeaky clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfy. Lots a good restaurants within walking distance and the neighborhood is gorgeous with immaculate yards and landscaping. I would not hesitate to go back.

Phenomenal House and Location

Wonderful Cape Cod Escape

Very clean and well-stocked house. Feels like a brand new house. No tacky decorations like so many rentals. Very comfortable bed in primary. Great beach chairs. Owner very responsive to any issues. Would return in a heartbeat.
