「The resort location is near to the train station. It is convenient and the environment is very comfortable. The resort is very good for relaxation. One thing is needed to improve is lack of staff to manager the swimming pool.」

「The size of the accommodation was the only positive factor for me. The apartment has absolutely no sound proofing, so we could hear not only furniture scraping floors, but also when the neighbours children were crying next door or above us. No blackout curtains. No recycling, we were in the room when housekeeping would come by and put all the glass and empty containers that we had placed next to the garbage can in the same bag and take it out.」

「We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. It's located at the most crowded square of Praia do Carvoeiro, just by the beach, very convenient. The staff was nice and the room was okay. Car parking space was difficult to find, though. Free wifi was provided at hotel lobby. Overall, we'll say it's a pretty good choice in this area.」

Op het complex zijn veel tredes en ongelijke delen, dus minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht te been zijn. 「From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were so helpful and friendly - from the Front Desk to Housekeeping Staff to the Bar & Restaurant Staff, they are all a credit to the management. The Hotel itself is modern, bright & spotlessly clean and is in a great location with loads of shops, restaurants and activities within walking distance - it's literally across street from the beach. I loved my stay here and would highly recommend.」
