No hairdryer. 2 small pillows for 2 adults. No hot water for the shower until I complained. 1 coffee pack for 2 adults. Wall HVAC unit only blew cold air and could not be adjusted. No hand towels in hotel. No hairdryer.
A reasonable price but a guest should expect the basics. Clearly a badly managed hotel!

Disliked: Amenities
The owner said he had just bought the place 8 months ago, it was certainly under renovations and a bit rough around the edges. The owner was very helpful and really wanted to do a good job, asking if we wanted to see the room first and even showing us a second room. They were certainly not anything special but for a nights rest it was fine for $95.00, should have probably been $50.00 but it is what it is. They didn't have any coffee or any amenities to say but he gave us a few bottles of water.
It was like something out of a scary movie. I was greeted by a broken front door, a lobby in disarray, overgrown bushes, and the person on duty looking at a slate of 32 security cameras around the place. The room was old, and whoever painted it last forgot to touch up or use drop cloths, in between missing spots. It felt like a halfway house for transient people.....and the state forgot to inspect it . On the bright side the TV and mini fridge did work and I had a roof over my head that night.
I would recommend it for people like me whose only other option was sleeping in a car that night. It is pet friendly. In fact I would totally recommend it for pets......not seasoned travelers.
Staff was helpful during check in, but could not be found afterwards. The room was very dated, and wifi was almost non-existent.
Hotel needs a major upgrade, not just a refresh.

Staff helpfu. Bare bones of a place. No amenities. Door didn’t lock without staff lifting it up. Toilet bowl black with ware. No selection of towels.
This maybe the worst place if have ever stayed. Expedia should somehow find a way to confirm pictures because was net even close to the pictures on website. Place was gross. I received one towel for 2 nights and when I asked for a second towel , I was told “ let me see if I can find one”. They were unable to find a second towel. Place should be condemned it was absolutely gross.
There’s no any noise prevention and cancel for connection door between rooms, we can heard loud tv sound at the midnight, also very loudly song playing in the early morning. Nasty smell in lobby, like an oil spoilage, greasy floor. The curtain cannot fully closed, there was two pieces and you have to use something to hold them in order to fully block the sun light.
This is a $60 a night motel, nothing more. It was clean but it is in such a poor state of repair and it really doesn’t smell great. It was the only spot around and it was $170!!!! Per room. Insane. We shouldn’t accept this standard anymore.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stepped into. I was in and out within 10 minutes, didn't even bring my bag in. The property looks like it's deserted with the unkept mowing, weeding, etc. The front desk area had paperwork strewn all over it. The opening in the wall for a light switch looked like it was punched out instead of cut out. If you want help there is a sign on the front desk that tells you to call a phone number. "Luckily", there was a person working. He was as unprofessional and uncaring as you could hire. There was an odor from fresh paint that had such a high concentration of VOC's that it irritated my eyes and started bringing on my asthma. This smell was as prevalent in the room I was supposed to get as it was by the front desk. I could smell weed in the hallway next to this room, too. I don't have a problem with anyone smoking weed but I do not want to be forced to smell it. From a few of the customers I saw walking about, I'm 99% sure this hotel contracts out to agencies for lower income individuals. They would not issue me a refund and now I have to see if my credit card bank will help me with a refund. I wouldn't stay there even if I was paid to. Avoid this place like the plague.
Not terrible, but not good for family. Very far from Stowe or major Vermont sites. Hotel is very old, nothing is renovated. While the rooms were not terrible, and didn't have any pest or bugs like some other guests have mentioned. Surprisingly it had free packaged water bottles which was a good thing, and an operational fridge and microwave. The hotel owner / person at reception is very helpful and a good guy. While we didnt see any incidents or police like other reviews have mentioned, the hotel didnt feel lively so would not prefer it for families with kids
The pictures as represented on Expedia are of no reflection of the actual property. When we rolled into the parking lot, it appeared to be a “ Welfare “ hotel. It was actually very scary. We pulled around back to check it out, there was a huge pile of old mattresses in the back. Turns out one of the hotel guests was out back apparently doing something unsavory by the dumpster.
The experience was shocking and appalling. Cancelled the reservation, would not stay there under any circumstances. Expedia should remove it from their offerings. I will think twice about ever using Expedia again, considering the poor response from customer service. The only positive here is that they credited the reservation.
