The location with ski in/out is amazing!! The rooms are as advertised - ours was good size with a kitchen so we did not have to eat out every meal which is great. The outdoor pool/hot tub and workout room are all really sweet to have, as well as ski check. Well worth the price paid for the convenience and amenities! In general, the property is definitely dated. Needs general upkeep outside and inside, could for sure use new carpet and a fresh coat of paint - but nothing obnoxiously bad. Our only negative for this property is cleanliness and the restaraunt/bar was not open the entire time (even though the hotel full and was over a weekend?). Cleanliness is kind of a thing. The entire hotel is “sort of” clean. Look in any hallway, stairway, bathroom, corner of a room, common spaces, etc and it became very apparent that they do not vacuum, wipe floors or handles/equipment down, etc. And once you notice it, its everywhere like this. In the workout room and by sauna/pool its exceptionally noticeable because you expect better at a nice place like this. If they simply added one more staff to DEDICATE to vacuuming and wiping down surfaces it would be a much different story for sure!!! I also have to add that the workout room literally did NOT have anywhere to get water. No drinking fountain, water bottle filler, etc. Also a bottle of cleaner randomly there, but nothing to wipe anything - so the equipment was pretty gross. If they get this place cleaned up it will be great!!

The location is a 10. Ski in and ski out. It stops there. It is Grand Summit in name only. Where to begin, there is no hotel staff, only check in staff which are great and friendly. They are overwhelmed as they have to do it all. They go from the front desk to Ski check up a floor then run back down. Our room was a good size, but the dishwasher was loaded with dirty dishes that had been sitting there for who knows how long. We stocked our fridge, only to have one of the side shelves fall off after the second opening smashing a few of our beers on the kitchen floor. Upon notifying the front desk, we got no response from housekeeping or anyone else. The stove, coffee maker, toaster and utensils were the worst and cheapest I’ve ever seen and outdated. And don’t forget, you’ll need to bring salt and pepper and sugar, none to be found. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and shower was exceptionally good. The pool was warm and huge. The 2 hot tubs were hot, but falling apart. The handle used to grab upon exiting the hot tub was broken and dangerous if you pulled on it if you need assistance in exiting. Towels were suppose to be in our room for the pool, none there so you have to go to the front desk. The change room, showers by the pool were disgusting. Mold and dirt everywhere and all the shampoo and soap dispensers were either empty or missing. Only a daytime grill/store which closes at 1 pm is available. The exterior has siding/shingles falling off.

Dirty needs repairs, no shuttle to mountain dirty and waiting 4 hours after check in. Didn’t get to our room until 8pm Very disappointed and we’ll never go back

The room, bedding, furniture, kitchen and bathroom were all nice and clean. The floor near the kitchen baseboard could use some cleaning. There were several ladybugs on the window trim inside.
