The staff is courteous, and recent renovations have been carried out with care, offering a cleaner and more modern environment than many more expensive establishments in this tourist region, especially since it is offered at a very competitive rate. Located less than 20 minutes from Settlers Green Outlet Village in North Conway. * * * * * Ce motel se distingue par sa propreté et son entretien soigné. Good value for the price. There was a leak that caused the carpet at the foot of the bed to be squishy with water. Heater had a rattle that kept occurring. Exposed pipes in the bathroom for hot water heater should have been boxed in; old pipes.

This is our second time staying at the Villager Motel last minute and will be returning. The location is down the road from Attitash Mt and has been perfect for our hikes nearby. The room with a kitchenette was excellent for making dinner late or breakfast early when nothing was open.

Water heater in the bathroom leaked. Woke up in the morning to find a pool of water on the floor, some of which had run under the wall and soaked a section of carpet in the bedroom area. When I reported this to the desk manager, she shrugged and said "yeah, we know". !

Property appears to have some month to month residents mixed in with the nightly resident services. Would suggest management to place long term tenants separately, as there are multiple buildings on property.
