Immersed in a private area, this cozy apartment is easily accessible by car and offers a quiet and private atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing holiday in contact with nature. A few steps away, you can access the famous Valsassina cycle path, perfect for walks and bike rides through the beautiful surrounding countryside.
Description of the apartment

Located on the first floor of a rustic farmhouse and accessible via external stairs, the apartment combines simplicity and comfort. The living room has a cozy wood stove, a sofa, and an open kitchen with a dining table, creating an ideal space to relax.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a compact but functional bathroom with shower. Adding a touch of mountain charm, the apartment has beautiful slanted wooden ceilings that enhance its warm and rustic atmosphere.
The real jewel
The private garden is an oasis of peace, ideal for relaxing in the shade of the trees, organizing outdoor lunches or reading a book accompanied by birdsong. In the garden you will also find a private parking space on the lawn.
The context and the surroundings
The apartment is part of a rustic complex that includes three independent units—Luna, Fieno and Girasole—all intended for short term rentals. Although they share a large fenced space, each apartment has private outdoor areas.
A few meters from the property, the Valsassina cycle path offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in nature and discover local flavors and traditions. Along the way you can:

Buy fresh produce at zero kilometers at the Il Frutteto della Valsassina farm shop
Taste cold cuts and cheeses at the Pratobuscante farmhouse
Visit Carozzi for a selection of local specialties
Play mini-golf or reach the Sprizzottolo waterfall
Try horseback riding at the nearby stables
Go up to Barzio for the Friday market, the specialties of La Baita, or the high-quality meat from Rigamonti.

Important notes before your arrival

Digital Detox : By choice, the house has no Wi-Fi or TV, giving you the opportunity to really disconnect. If necessary, we can provide a portable router upon request.
Rustic charm : This is a stone mansion with an authentic character. Don't be surprised if a curious little spider pops up or if, on rainy days, wet grass gets your shoes dirty!
Local events : The Pratobuscanto area, 500 meters away, hosts events such as the Festival of Festivals (mid-August) and the Country Festival (end of September). If you love liveliness, these occasions will make your stay even more special, but if you are looking for total tranquility, you may prefer other times of the year.
Heating : The apartment has no central heating, but during mid-seasons we provide electric heaters to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
