「Had an amazing experience Staff was awesome and very helpful」

「Ras」

「I」

「It was good while it lasted.」

「I particularly enjoyed the breakfast here. The ingredients were fresh and the bread was excellent. However, out of the four coffee machines in the breakfast area, two were not working, and at times as many as three were out of order. 「A really nice hotel with a wonderful rooftop bar. Very conveniently located in the heart of Pointe a Pitre. Staff was very friendly.」

「The property needs to be upgraded. The furniture on the balcony was dingy and unattractive. The tiles on the perimeter of the balcony as moldy. The views were lovely. The hotel is located in the heart of everything on the beach. It would lovely if it was refreshed 」

「Chambres à rénover」

「Trevligt boende som ligger helt ok.」

「There was a rat on some wires above the check in area.」

「Très bon hôtel」

「This is more an rbn’b than a hotel. There is no reception desk which made it a bit challenging. The area is not so appealing, but everything else was a great experience. The apartment was fully equipped for cooking if you so desired. There is no shop or restaurant in the immediate vicinity.」

「Très bien, bonne situation」

「Pros: * super friendly staff * good location Cons: * no restaurant - the hotel emailed us 6 times before our stay. Not a single time did they let us know their cook had quit so they closed the restaurant. This was one of the reasons we had picked this hotel. * no AC - the air conditioner wasn't working in our room with 90F weather. As it blew hot air, I turned it off and asked them to fix it. So insulting, they told me it worked, I just had to find the remote and turn it on! So I called...
