It was 5-6 minutes drive to Pearl Beach or Deshaies. 5 minute walk on pathway south to Gadet Beach, a calmer cove for swimming and much less visited than the big beaches. "Maison Victoire is one of the most charming hotels I have ever seen. The attention to detail in the decor, the attentiveness of the staff, and the delicious breakfast all contribute to making this the best choice in Pointe a Pietre. Lucille could not have been more helpful. With an engaging presence and a quick smile and laugh, not to mention excellent English, she is a perfect person for her job. Additionally Lydie was also immensely helpful. We appreciated her kind spirit and efforts to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. What an amazing place!! "
