Fantastic, great locations, great staff, nice room, comfy bed. Shuttle servuce from airport is a bonus if you arrive late evening. Will definitely be back and definitely recommend.

Hotel Art
Clean room with plenty of space. Hot water and plenty of heat in the room. Great location to visit interesting sites and museums being in the heart of old town. Close to get your guide and tour Bosnia offices. Free breakfast buffet was nice.
