Stylish, quiet, and convenient

A very comfortable spot for our stay: pleasant sitting area, comfortable beds, roomy bathrooms. Easy to get to the #14 tram and onto a highly efficient public transport system. A COOP market and a coffee shop just one block away and a fine restaurant (Murano) a long block in the opposite direction.

The condo was perfect and as described. The location worked well for our overnight stay. Tomas and Nevyana were awesome and very accommodating. I was strongly recommend this property. I will definitely book again given the need.

Fabulous apartment!

My friends and I loved this apartment, and having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Very nicely decorated, comfortable beds and a great location with a tram stop close by to get anywhere you’d like to go in Basel. There is a grocery store in close walking distance and we felt safe and secure in the building. It was wonder to return to the peaceful setting of the apartment after the fun intensity of the Fasnacht celebrations. Highly recommended, and the host was very responsive to questions.

A Perfect Spot

With many of the rental units in Basel with just one, sometimes 2, bedrooms, it was hard to find a unit that offers 3 bedrooms. Thus, we were thrilled when we found this listing, and its “too good to be true” photos and description did not disappoint. The unit is very spacious, clean, the kitchen is well equipped with dishes for cooking, the location is just a 20 min walk to the main train station, and there are both a Coop and Migros stores a 4-min walk around the corner. The beds were comfortable, the towels soft, and the small chocolates placed on our beds for our arrival were a nice touch. There are exterior blinds to block out the light, and the neighbourhood is very quiet, so you’re sure to get a good night’s sleep! The owner, Tomas, was very friendly, responsive, and genuine. I would definitely book with him again whether it is for this unit or if he should happen to have another one. Oh, and if you’re up for figuring out the tram and bus system, you’ll discover that the unit is well situated to get around the city on public transport. I highly recommend renting this unit; you won’t regret staying there with Tomas as your host.

This airy, stylish apartment is located in our favorite Basel neighborhood, both quiet and convenient. The rear garden offers a spot to sip a crémant or a beer while kids can play.I can highly recommend this place. We would repeat our stay here on subsequent visits. Excellent rental and well done!

Tomas is a fantastic host and this is an outstanding apartment. Three spacious bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Beautiful balcony. Smart TV. Great living room and dining room. A five-minute walk to Sutter Bakery, Coop, Migros, and Denner. Quiet building and quiet neighborhood. The #3 Tram is also a five-minute walk getting you into the city within minutes. Treat yourself to this wonderful experience.

Wonderful accommodations!

Every aspect of this stay was wonderful! Tomas was a great communicator and we never had any questions about check in/out or anything else. He responded promptly to all questions.The apartment itself was fantastic as well. Clean, neat, and comfortable, well furnished, and quiet. We were 6 adults and felt right at home. It was also an easy walk of Uber to dining and shopping. If we ever visit Basel again, we will definitely stay here!

Excellent stay in Basel

We only stayed in Basel one night, before we departed on a river cruise. The apartment was excellent. Tomas met us at the apartment and showed us all of the details. He was incredibly helpful. It was a short walk down into the old town and the walk was very nice and scenic.

Great stay

The apartment was beautiful and in a convenient area for visiting the Christmas markets. We enjoyed our short stay. Note that there is a tourist charge that the host collects in cash - a per person, per night fee. I didn't realize about it ahead of time and scrambled to get the correct amount together.
