“The room is very spacious and comfortable with most of the necessary items included ! The bed is comfortable and big enough. I chose Junior suit for family stay which would not make us feel crowded. Though the hotel is no located right near Basel SBB station, it just takes 5mins bus (no.30 at station C next to Basel station) to arrive hotel. The surroundings of the hotel are silent and beautiful. I love this stay ! Moreover, the hotel provided us a card per head for taking the transport in Basel……

“Impersonal, all contact made by Internet. Spent nearly $20 Australian dollars on phone calls trying to get the Basel Card which was paid for in our city tax. Tiny bathroom - had to sit sideways on toilet. "Garden " was a shared brick paved patio covered with weeds. Not impressed for the price we paid. Redeeming feature was proximity to 2 tram lines. ”
