Basmane Beach Hotel

"While the property is very simple, it is a great place. One can walk down to the ocean in about 20 min. There are also many small stores near the property and great Turkish food."

"This hotel did not meet our expectations, there were many issues that certainly could be improved to make the guests' experience better. -To start the parking situation is a joke, the "valet" attendants were rarely available either when we walked by or when we needed them. Parking is not on site, it's across the street at a parking garage and it costs 150TL per day. -The room was ok, the bed was fine but the shower/tub leaked water even after we were done showering. -The pool is a nice bonus...

"Staff & property were relatively nice. Breakfast was really good and opens fairly early compared to what they advertise. Room was decently sized/ beds super comfy but room wasn't super clean and there was an opened bottle of water in the mini fridge from previous guest(s). Staff was more than happy to replace it and apologized. My only real complaints were that the hotel's spa services were disappointing as the masseuse was not there at the time the property said the spa opened. We waited 30...
