"A nice cottage like accommodation with all you need, including the kitchen, easy parking, nice bathroom, ac, etc. The owner is nice. You can contact him via messaging (iMessage if you use iPhone). I don’t know French so I use the translation option to communicate and get response quicker. I booked through Expedia. It is better to contact the owner via phone for response. Close to beach. Nice mountain and ocean views!"

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the premises and attention given to small details: safety kit in bathroom; cleaning supplies/equipment supplied; most adequately furnished kitchen we have ever experienced, Weber charcoal barbecue, quality lounge chairs, etc.. A lot of thought has gone into putting this Villa together to make it as comfortable as possible for the guest without scrimping on quality i.e.: quality of bed...

"This house is idealy placed to visit Basse Terre. Between Deshaies (where they are filming the series Death in paradise) and the lovely area of Bouillante with the famous reserve Cousteau. Placed few meters away from the beautiful beach of Leroux, the house is absolutely lovely and extremely well equipped. We seriously tried but failed to find something missing in the kitchen. We felt very welcomed by Séverine and we will not hesitate to contact her again next time we will be back in...

"location was further out of town than advised, very difficult to find from poor directions, especially at night. We arrived around 10pm and the landlady messaged to say we couldn't collect the keys after 9:30. The house was not cleaned at all during our 11 day stay, WIFI was intermittent, air con only in the bedroom. Otherwise, not bad."

"Vue imprenable sur la baie de Deshaies. Appartement très bien équipé (cuisine, lave linge, repassage, clims ...). Deux salles de bain et deux WC, ce qui procure un réel confort. Didier Rault, le propriétaire, est charmant, prévenant, nous a donné de bons conseils pour les différents sites à visiter. Une bouteille de planteur préparée "maison"nous attendait dans le frigo à notre arrivée. Merci Didier pour tout. Nous reviendrons certainement."
