“Great place for our family of 3 generations & 9 people. Everyone loved the pool! Convenient for trips into Annecy or tour around lake. More restaurants nearby than expected- but plan on reservations. The HEAT! We’d rather not discuss.....but it was record breaking for France.....”

“Cannot fault the apartment although we only 1 cup and they could be more generous with the tea and coffee. This is not accomodation for people without cars.no cabs and the station too far. The bus service is good but you have no idea where it is as no communication/maps given”

“Très bon séjour. Très bonne réactivité d'Abritel et de la Conciergerie du Lac dès que nous avions une question. Un petit bémol sur l'état du four et du sèche serviette qui ne fonctionnait pas. La proximité du vieil Annecy et du lac est un plus non négligeable. Nous recommandons.”

Studio tres agréable tres bien agencé fenêtre donnant sur la cour tres appreciable etant donne la circulation dans Annecy. Propriétaire tres reactif à la moindre question .merci a lui .Pas d'hésitation si nous devons revenir à Annecy”

“the apartment is located in the middle of the old town, close to the lake. It is a great place for vacation but also great if you need to work. Quiet place, nice rooms, and they have everything you need there. Highly recommended.”

“L’appartement est agréable, bonne literie et très propre. Toutefois, je me permets de vous proposer quelques suggestions : - Du vis à vis, il faudrait des rideaux ou des stores, - Manque de décoration au mur pour égayer un peu - Manque de vaisselle (bols à déjeuner, tasses à café) - Une chaise en plus serait la bienvenue et une petite table basse devant la télévision aussi - La télévision est fixée beaucoup trop bas”

“The location of the property is fantastic, it is only 100m from the entrance of the old town. Free parking is available 300m away but is highly sought after and difficult to get, paid parking outside the property is easy but is 6€ per day. ( traffic wardens were around regularly) The supermarket is within walking distance. So the location is spot-on, however, the cleanliness of the property is poor, when we sat on the bed, other people's hair blew out from underneath and we found several long……

“First floor flat with the owner residing on the ground floor. Use of pleasant garden and facilities. Good off road parking. Due to our age we would have preferred a dedicated walk in shower to a hipster bath and shower combined.”
