In Ventosa, a guest house for 12 years, opens for the first time in 2020 to summer rental.
Great house of character dating from 1865, located on the heights of Bastia, 15 min from the city center. This family house is set within 3 hectares of Mediterranean pine trees with several terraces sea view.
The accommodation has all the necessary facilities to spend a pleasant stay with family or friends.

The villa is F6 type (200 m ²), set within 3 hectares of Mediterranean pine trees with several terraces and a pool sea view.
Fully equipped kitchen with microwaves, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine.
2 Living room with flat TV.
4 bedrooms with bed in 160x200 cm, 2 with integrated bathroom.
One bedroom with 1 bed in 120x190 cm.
One privative bathroom, 3 WC independent.

Supplied sheets and towel.
WIFI included.
Private and closed parking.
