「An apartment. Very good way to try the units if you're looking to buy one in the area.
Great area with everything i needed nearby. A grocer shop, a laundry shop and a few restaurant (maybe the pools too).
Took this one because it was close to mall of asia and the airport. The check in was a bit of a challenge though. Didn't get an email from the proprietors about how to check in so i had to wait in the lobby. The women who welcomed us and showed to the room was lovely though.

「The staff were very accommodating, and the unit owner was highly responsive. I had an incredibly smooth stay at this place—100% recommended over any other hotels nearby. The unit came with its own kitchen and complete cooking ware, which was very convenient. It also had a beautiful view and great facilities. The location is excellent as well, close to a supermarket and within walking distance to Greenbelt and other malls.」
