The caretakers, Kuya Bing and Ate Susan, although very acommodating and kind, can come across as overbearing. They live in the staff quarters which is an arms-length away from the back door. “We had a function to attend at Imus, Cavite and we found this place that could accommodate all 11 of us, ranging from a 1yr old baby, 2 kids, 4 Adults and 4 Senior Citizens. The Property Manager (Anthony Rose) was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions in timely manner. “Adequate. The A/C for the apartment consists of an a/c unit in each of the bedrooms upstairs. Only fans are available downstairs. Be mindful the bath downstairs is a wet bath, and if you aren't used to traveling abroad, the toilet is a bidet. The wasing machine is nice to have, but window above is open, so when it rained, everything below got wet. Security for the unit was great and our hostess was pleasant. ”
