The hotel was very clean and staff was super friendly. The location was so perfect, very central to the Roman bathes and abbey hotel. The only negative is parking was relatively far away, the rooms sometimes required stairs and was difficult to navigate for older people with baggage, and needing the key card for lights was confusing without instructions. Overall, the stay was wonderful!! Definitely would recommend.

I loved my 4 night stay here. Perfect location. Walked to train station in 5 minutes Tours met outside this hotel Lots of restaurants right outside. Hotel smelled amazing, I never waited for the lift. They gave me an early check in. I booked a double for just me, and it was a quite small room..2 people and suitcases would be tight. But extremely comfortable bed and great housekeeping Would definitely recommend

Perfect Location

Perfect location for exploring Bath, nice rooms, good facilities and a great breakfast. Mid-week, off-season pricing also made it decent value. The only downside was with a front-facing room, revelry outside in the early hours disturbed our sleep.

Perfect location

Absolutely the perfect hotel to stay at in Bath. Location is key and this property is walking distance to everything. The service is superb and the rooms are well maintained.

Gorgeous historic Bath, just next to the Abbey

I was in a basement room, but this was a decent size with super comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. Breakfast excellent; and location fabulous.
