"I was told to go to a back building that was/is used for sleep study. The fire alarm went off each day I was there and a man who lived on the first floor said the alarm goes off daily. It was very hard to get internet service and there was no hair dryer. I am usually easy to please but this "

"The elevator had trash and graffiti. I get off on my floor, and there's trash all up and down the entire hallway. Literally. I checked in at evening time, which meant, housekeeping had already clocked out for the day after not doing their job. You could tell that the floor hadn't been touched in days. Just litter everywhere. There was a large bucket of dirty dishes sitting in the hallway across from my room. I went downstairs to complain. If I could upload the video I took, of all the trashiness, I would. Had this not been a last-minute reservation, I would've gone right back downstairs to get a refund and leave. I stayed for two nights, and housekeeping still hadn't cleaned the hallway of that same litter the morning I was due to check out. The room itself was nice, though."

"Overall, the property was clean and easy to access. Unfortunately for me, the equipment in the fitness center did not work. following the directions on the control panel of the treadmills resulted in no action. That sucked. I stayed in room 108. The bed mattress was too soft and I found it difficult to sleep and got up with a sore back each morning. The staff was very good. Cynthia was very helpful getting one problem corrected."
