“The service was really very good. Everyone who worked there was very professional, helpful, and pleasant. You can WhatsApp the managers and get nearly immediate replies. “They told us on route to the airport the house was not available and we could stay elsewhere.We tried to cancel but VRBO dragged their feet and after 2 nights in hotel rooms we took up the offer rather than lose all our money. The alternate place was nice but no view or place to sit in the sun without paying 50 US dollars a day for a club 10 minute walk from house. Disappointed with the experience with VRBO to say the least.”
