「The internet was not working and being a weekend no one responded with a solution until the second day late. First day breakfast was served. Second day no one showed up to serve breakfast and we lived without power for almost 17 hours, and ran out of water! Location is great, yet there should be someone to manage and help guest, it was a price of a 4 star hotel with 2 star amenities and service. Expedia should pick their partners better to avoid miss-trust. I wouldn’t have paid more than $100...

「We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was within easy reach. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and...

「prime location, misleading listing. I thought we were staying at a resort. Turns out this listing has nothing to do with the resort. If we needed new towels we had to pay for them, the room comes just as is. It’s an apartment unit inside the resort but with no association to it. Would have booked something else if i knew this wasn’t a resort stay. Amenities were good with hot water, AC, TV, and washer. We made our trip work, host was responsive, we just got caught off guard we went from thinking...

「Worst experience ever, we were alone in the middle of nowhere, no security whatsoever, no personel on the grounds, no lobby no security guard, and 0 pivacy! Glass door with no curtains, anyone passing outside can clearly see our bed fully. We couldnt sleep, we felt on edge all night feeling there is someone outside watching us, my wife was so frightened she couldn't sleep at all, anyone can come at night with a weapon and just do the inmaginable and no one would know about us. The bathroom is so...
