“This property was the perfect wind down to our stay in Bali. Our group was mixed ages and it suited us all. Elderly cold rest in the quiet of our villa space in their own pool which was shaded beautifully by flowering trees. Those who wanted to shop had a short stroll to the main shopping street. Beach access was also a short stroll and we found amazing coffee and breakfast at Rue which was close to our villas.”

“Ótima localização, equipe incrível, instalações muito completas e em boas condições. Área comum bem equipada, piscina grande e bem cuidada.
Únicas observações: a tv não é smart, o chuveiro por vezes ficava sem água, mas depous de algum tempo normalizava e, o anúncio diz que trata-se de um hotel exclusivamente para adultos mas, caso seja um fator de decisão (como épra nós), não foi bem assim que ocorreu, pois haviam crianças hospedadas no período em que estivemos lá. Não sei se houve……

“The stay with Desa Swan Villas was amazing. Their team did everything that they could do to assist us and make our stay the most comfortable and a memorable experience for us. This includes in room service, spa services and cleanliness. The staff is really professional and helpful. We had booked a four bedroom villa with pool access and it was a superb experience as our family could spend great quality time together.”

“What a wonderful place to stay in Sanur. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. It had a kitchen and open air living area. The bedrooms are air conditioned. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs. Wayan and the rest of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a beach with many restaurants and bars that is about a 15 minute walk away. i would definitely stay here again.”

“漂亮的海灘、舒適的環境、最喜歡的就是 villa 裡面雖然小小的但是可以讓你快意地躲開外面烈陽的好去處。比較有問題的部分是，如果你選擇用摩托車逛逛島內，技術要不錯，因為路況真的不是很好。網路時有時無，全然打亂可以有的選項，包括出遊的時候需要用Google Maps來找路，如果你有習慣使用網路聽音樂或欣賞影片的話，影響更大。這家旅店確然有附烹調的餐具和鍋具，但所有的食材和佐料都另外到外面15分到30分鐘距離的地方 （如果你知道上哪去買的情況下）自行購買, 困難度要比預期的高很多，飯店裡面沒有餐廳喔，這也是需要納入考量”

“I like the design and staff of the villa. The private pool is amazing too. But there are a lot of different type of insects in the villa, like centipede, mosquito, gecko and ants. I am concerned with the cleaniness of the villa since many moving ants are on bed even the staff had cleaned the room. Also, we have to ask the staff to fix the hot water before bathing everyday. ”

"If you’re traveling with young children, please be aware that this hotel poses serious safety risks, particularly around the swimming pool. While the property is beautiful and the staff are friendly and polite, our stay nearly ended in tragedy due to a lack of safety measures and proper pool maintenance.
The main pool is poorly maintained, with broken tiles and sharp edges in multiple areas (see photos). I cut my foot on one of these edges, requiring medical attention from the hotel doctor. While I was being treated, my 2-year-old son fell into the pool and nearly drowned. Thankfully, an alert guest rescued him—no staff intervened.
It turns out, according to the Duty Manager, that the hotel's official policy is that there are no lifeguards on duty and that hotel guests swim at their own risk. Apparently, there are signs to that effect scattered around the property. I saw no such signs on the property and if they exist, are not clearly visible. Nor is this No Lifeguards policy stated on the hotel's website.
Had the pool been properly maintained, I wouldn’t have been injured and could’ve supervised my children. The absence of lifeguards at a supposedly family-friendly resort is a major problem.
We won’t be returning. The hotel’s failure to ensure basic child safety overshadows its beauty and service. Until they install lifeguards and repair the pool, I cannot recommend Andaz Bali to families."
