Staff should be more attentive to Guests queries,in spite of the fact that The booking was not made directly at the reception.My booking was via Expedia,and its handled thru a pvt owner in Orbi.Anyways,the rooms should be equipped with more blankets,towels,and toilletries.

Its always traffic in the reception, it was somehow complicated to check in, room wasn't ready until 40 min of our arrival although we confirmed our arrival before reaching the place, they asked for extra fees for cleaning rooms not as what was mentioned on expedia. But room was clean once given, and the Apartments are located in startegical area

It wasn’t until the day of travelling did I manage to speak to someone about how to check-in/gain access. The information about this on Expedia is wrong. I spoke to them on WhatsApp and they seemed to think they were going to contact me about check-in, despite the fact that I was on the plane headed to Batumi when they finally responded. I paid close to £170 extra for a “full breakfast”, which was essentially a microwave meal tray with the plastic top on it, of which was meant to be brought to my room. However, of the 14 day stay, I only received 6 of these ‘meals’- do not pay for breakfasts! The apartment had a very small bin which was not helpful. Overall I would not recommend Eleven Way Apartments to others.

Excellent Value for room with sea view (on bus routes) with fridge, hob, microwave, washing machine.........only problems were minor ones of a few broken hooks in the bathroom which hopefully will be repaired. Not having UK or USA TV was probably a blessing in disguise!

Odaya ulaşabilirseniz oda mükemmel ancak bu bir şahsi yatırım. Orbi cityde bireysel olarak kiralanan bir yer. Hotelscom daki ilan sayfasında bulunan numara açmazsa odaya giriş yapamazsınız. Allahtan bizimki geç de olsa açtı ve girdik. Muhatap olacak kimse yok. Girişte şifreli bir kutudan kartı alıp otel düzenine geçiyorsunuz. Şifreli kutunun şifresi bu sayfadaki telefon numarasında. Odada çamaşır makinesi microdalga ketıl kap kacak ve küçük mutfak var. Temiz ve düzenli. Yatağı rahat çarşaflar temiz. Banyo tuvalet harika

The place is nice and as listed. But the host doesn’t respond on time bed cover was the dirtiest ever and it had lots of fresh wet stain. The wifi code never worked The bathroom hose was leaking . I kept contacting the host every day kept saying yes I will finally after 3 days we got the right code for wifi The bathroom leak never fixed. Ours was breakfast included and supposed to be between 8-9 But some days came at 10:30 and one day we never received.

In general, everything was fine. There were some inconveniences that made the experience worse, but I did not pay that much for the property, so I wasn’t expecting anything over the top. However, there was a weird smell somewhere in the room and the property management never got back to me on it. Also, when we moved in, there was no toilet paper, no dishwashing soap, no detergent, and the kitchen appliances were very limited overall. Other than that, the price is fair for this property
