“This place is clean and well stocked, pet friendly, and the host is helpful and responds quickly.”

“We recently stayed with Valley Ranges Getaways and unfortunately had a mixed experience.Toward the end of our stay, we discovered water leaking through a ceiling downlight into the living room. This was quite concerning given it involved water coming through an electrical fixture, and it impacted our ability to use the main living area comfortably. We have photo and video evidence of this.We reported the issue after checkout and were disappointed that no compensation was offered. While we……

“As described, thanks.”

“The house is in a quiet area, plenty of parking and right on the water giving great views. There's a large shopping center within a 5 minute drive. The dining room table is huge easily seating 8-10 people, the seats are a little uncomfortable if sitting for any length of time and feel a little cheap. Seating options are very limited in the lounge area with only a couch with removable cushions for back support. The beds were comfortable with a mix of hard and soft mattresses across the 6 rooms……

“We had a wonderful stay everything was just perfect ”

“The house was beautiful for a few days off. The owner came down a day before we checked out and he was wonderful. However cleanliness was just not to standard. We paid for air fresheners, rubbish bags, toilet paper, cleaning wipes and sprays. The pool was unclean and wasn’t usable as the agent initially telling us to just flick the switch on then claimed that it didn’t work. Wasn’t until the owner came down a day before check out that it was fixed but it was too cold that day. Overall was really……

“We were visiting from Scotland. Our son and his family live in Mount Eliza and Earimil villa provided us with our own space but nearby to them for spending time with them.We enjoyed our stay very much. Close to a beach, comfy bed and luxurious bathroom. Also a nice private outdoor space with a covered area with 2 comfortable chairs. An outdoor kitchen for cooking and well resourced indoor kitchen area. Only recommendation for improvement would be darker blinds that totally cover windows. ”

“The accommodation was in an incredible location with a very short walk to Main Street and we loved the view! It was clean and very comfortable. There was a lovely welcome basket of goodies awaiting us that we all enjoyed on our first night. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again - we absolutely loved our stay!”

“Great location .. excellent stay.”

“Location is great and property is spacious. However, maintenance of the property needs to be improved.”

“As soon as I arrived I noticed the grass wasn’t cut. It was up to my knees - front and backyard so seems like it hasn’t had any attention in weeks. There were pieces of wood just laying in a pile in the backyard which isn’t ideal for kids as they were a hazard. I thought the inside would be better so I was willing to let it go but the inside was a disappointment! Marks on the walls and light switches, most rugs had big stains on them, missing cupboard in kitchen, mould in the bedrooms on the……
