「it was crawling with cockroaches and the bedding looked like it had been melted lifted mattress and was filthy underneath and management refused to refund payment because it was booked on line」

「They didn’t have the available Room I reserved and paid for. The associate offered a room that couldn’t accommodate all of our party. Then the staff said they didn’t have an extra room to fit all of us. And when another person without reservation showed up to the front desk, the staff offered a room for him that it wasn’t available according to him… The guy canceled our reservation and we had to move to another hotel.」

「It was so close to restaurants you could walk to. It was so convenient for me.」

「Friendly staff. Spacious room with lots of storage space. Love the kitchenette with the full size fridge. Walking distance to The Avenue Viera. We will definitely be back again!」

「This was our fourth stay at Lost Inn & once again we couldn’t fault it & we will be back next year. The rooms are beautiful & so clean. The staff so friendly & helpful & the added extra bonus of going out on the bay makes this our go to place to stay in Cocoa Beach」

「This was an amazing property no complaints at all」

「The pool was not heated, the showers outside pool didn't work on first floor. And who doesn't have hash browns in breakfast. Worse of all, the cook had no idea how to accommodate for vegetarian diet or meals.」

「Friendly staff. Charming property. Delicious breakfast. Great location - walking distance to Cocoa Village.」

「An older property with all the charm and quirks associated with age. Clean and comfortable and in a nice location with beach access tho not walkable to restaurants. Would have appreciated a small refrigerator in our room and sink was out in the room separate from bath/toilet so a bit awkward. Shower never achieved hot or warm enough for comfort. No closet to speak of just a few coat hooks. Staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming.」

「This was an overnight arrival and stay in order to connect with family member heading on a cruise. The room was spacious and clean and some of the family arrived early and the hotel accommodated them and allowed them to check in early. The breakfast items available were selected for those who eat certain meats. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was located a few miles from the outlet mall and various restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the Melbourne, Florida...

「We spent 3 days at this new property - directly across from the beach, and we were really impressed with the level of care the staff adds. Front the front desk staff to housekeeping - they all went the extra mile. And we have to mention Dee, she made sure we had everything we needed, particularly for our 6 year old! We can't wait to be back on our annual visits to Melbourne beach :) thank you for your incredible hospitality!」
