「Clean rooms and lobby; excellent staff」

「When I arrived found out elevator was out of order. I have bad knees so I was worried. But the clerk was able to get me a room on 2nd floor instead of the 3rd floor. Also, when I started up the clerk came and carried my large bag up to the 2nd. It was very thoughtful. The room was clean & fridge worked. Ok beds. Not very good breakfast. It is near a lot of stores & restaurants. I was there to go to a graduation so it was good for that kind of stay」

「Hotel manager said this was an apt not a hotel? I stayed over a month and Housekeeping came twice. They gave us a hard time asking for towels and toilet paper and using the brooms and mops. I though this was a long stay hotel?」

「The bar was closed the entire time we were there. The rooms are pretty outdated and in need of work. I didn’t see a breakfast area, but there was a coffee bar.」

「They refused to honor price quoted by hotel.com. They said they were no longer with hotel.com and hadn't been for years. They wanted us to pay over double what was quoted to us, even after viewing the confirmation! We left.」

「It's a nice boutique guesthouse with personality. We stayed in apartment 5, it was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with linen, towels and toiletries. No complains with the kitchen. Excellent location, few steps from the beach. Safe and easy parking. The attention from the staff was outstanding. The AC made some weird noises, but we got used to them. I’d recommend it if you look for comfort, safety, and cleanliness without demanding luxury. 」

We tried to contact the number provided in the folder, inside of the room and no one responded. I called Expedia and they were not able to help me either, if you are hosting at your property, you are expected to answer your phone or respond in any way possible, we were completely ignored, I have all the proof about txt, email and phone call that I made with no...
