The cabin is 2 bedrooms with a loft that should be considered a third bedroom with all of the room and privacy that it has. Plus the loft has its own bathroom with shower! Enjoy The breathtaking views of Scenic Bay, BBQ grill on the large deck, ping-pong table and all the splendor North Idaho has to offer.
This home provides a cabin like experience for families or couples looking to get away from the city. Bayview is just 30 minutes North of Coeur d'Alene and 30 minutes south of Sandpoint on the south end of Lake Pend Oreille. And 15 minutes from Silverwood Theme Park. The large grass yard offers areas for children to run and play. There is plenty of parking in front of the house for multiple families.
The house has everything you need for a weekend away. The tongue and groove walls offer a cabin feel with updated touches. The kitchen is fully stocked with updated appliances. The wall of windows allows for a beautiful view of the bay at any time of day. There is plenty of sitting room in the living room and two decks to relax on. It also offers guests ping pong table in the garage, BBQ grill and Roku TV. The home can sleep an additional 2 children if needed and an air mattress can be provided (must be requested at time of booking).
Sleeping arrangements:
Ground level - 2 bunk beds - sleeps 4 (twin/full)
2nd level - King bed in master bedroom
3rd level - Loft with Queen bed
House Rules:
- The home sleeps 8 guests maximum (6 adults because the top bunks do not accommodate adults). That is the maximum number of guests at the house at any time.
- The home does not accommodate RV parking. There are multiple RV campgrounds in the area with full hook-ups. Please reach out for recommendations.
THINGS TO DO:
Overlooking Scenic Bay our home is less than a one-minute drive or short ¼ mile walk down the hill to down town Bayview. There you will find shopping, dining, Boat, kayak and paddle board rentals, and various other activities depending on the time of year. If you choose to bring your boat with you there is ample room in our driveway to park a boat and a public launch at the marina in Bayview. Although there is no public beach in Bayview, there is in Farragut State Park. 4000 acres in size, Farragut is one of Idaho’s finest parks and is minutes from the house. There you will find beach access, 40 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails, Disc golf, as well as numerous other activities, please see the parks web site for more details. If your vacation plans take you Silverwood Theme Park the property is only a very short 15-minute drive to the park
