"It gives the feeling of a cross between a youth hostel and a B&B. The rooms have a loft, but it is of limited use. The height inside the loft is very low, requiring you to move around on your knees, or scooch around seated on the floor. When you are seated on the floor within the loft, your head is only a couple inches below the ceiling. I sat up on the mattress in the middle of the night and banged my head on the ceiling. The ladder to the loft is substantial and the rungs are so far apart it would not be suitable for younger children or shorter adults. It also makes getting up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night difficult. The breakfast is cooked to order and very good. The bathroom was modern and very clean. The common areas are like a youth hostel, not of very good quality."

"Such a unique location - the deck is right on the water with lovely views of the bay. Sit outside regardless of the weather with deck heaters and provided lap blankets. Use their binoculars to view all the water activity. Staff was very friendly and included breakfast tasted homemade, not typical hotel fare."

"Property was in excellent condition and as described. Check in process and communication was smooth and appropriate. Great space for two couples to spread out. Kitchen and laundry well stocked. Only thing needed that wasn’t in the house was a cutting board. It was the perfect place to start our ten day vacation."
