First let me say Marie in customer service was great. But when we first arrived into unit. Could not get into bathroom door locked from inside. Got inside and there was no toilet paper, or hot water, towels. Had to rent towels. I played with propane thing and got hot water.( did call emergency number ...

Needed a good clean and some serious maintenance - especially the bathroom floor. Few lights not working control for oven broken also . Lovely hottub and surroundings.

Great break
Spotlessly clean inside.slept 9comfortably, hot tub and outside decking well looked after by caretaker. Nothing was a problem Id certainly recommend
