"Everything was what I expected but the road noise. It may be better on the other side of hotel."

"Tile on shower floor loose and not grouted. Second time staying there. Each occurance there wasn’t a front desk person present. I waited to check in for half hour before someone finally showed up. Phone ringing off the hook. No one to answer. "

"Very clean, nice hotel with friendly staff! This is our third time staying here before a flight. Highly recommend. The hotel restaurant and bar is great too! Unfortunately, the hotel does not connect directly into the airport anymore but Hyatt made sure to have 3 shuttles available starting at 4am in the lobby. They really make sure you do not have to wait long at all. Everyone was great!"

"We had a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was as we expected. Staff was kind and welcoming."

"It was painfully obvious this place has been L O N G neglected. Only 1 ice machine was working, a sign on the elevator advised that there would be no water from 10:00 am-noon, the portico had a huge hole in the roof, the outside door by the only operating ice machine had plastic taped over it and air blowing through (so it was obviously unsecured). We advised the young woman at the front desk that we had spotted a sketchy looking young man out by the dumpsters when we arrived, and later, after returning at night after dinner, he was still out there. I didn’t see any evidence of security staff and we worried that she was left alone. Piles of dirty sheets in the hallway were still there when we checked out. That being said, the room itself was clean, and we left a tip for the housekeeper. The hotel itself is in a very odd location, accessed by a long drive through an industrial park, and the driveway full of potholes. I was advised it had been a former Sheraton, but purchased by Wyndham 10 years ago. "

"The reason I am giving it a 4 is because the card key kept failing and apperantly is due to being near a magnet/phone. Basically being erase that easy. Although the front desk didn’t say anything the cleaning lady did. The front desk helped us and we had to keep going down there to get it reactivated. This WAS my ONLY issue there. Over all nice to stay "

"Our bed wasn't made and the exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom. The casino was empty so it was quiet and relaxing. Shout out to big AL's food was 100 and staff was great. "
