The A/C didn’t work well. Also they over booked our room so someone came in while I was sleeping and my kids were not! This is unacceptable! Told the front desk the next morning and she said “These things can happen”. That is not a good statement to make about your hotel. Bad news we booked the hotel again for the end of our vacation.

We didn’t end up not staying here, because they had overbooked and we ended up with the short straw. On the positive side, the desk clerk was very sympathetic and helpful in assisting us to make other arrangements, which ended up being very, very satisfactory.

J. P. Helped me with check in… He was helpful and accommodating… Got settled in our room quickly… No muss no fuss. We spoke with Palma before we left in the morning… She was also very helpful and friendly… Easy to deal with.

My second stay here in 8 days. I probably would not have come back if it wasn’t pre-booked with no refund option. Similar issues and a new one. Property hallways and rooms were overly perfumed in what I assume is an attempt to cover up smell. It was very strong and hard to relax. No remote for TV. Carpet in rooms were torn in multiple places, bathroom floor was obviously not cleaned or even swept as there was a penny on the floor. Building was unsecured as the back door was zip tied so that it was always open, no card access needed to enter building.

Carpet in rooms was torn in multiple places, under the toilet seat was not clean, there were hairs and urine. My room was dusty, especially on the night stand and telephone. I liked that you had an ironing board, plus a nice hair dryer. The quality of the sheets were bad. Synthetc, slippery, cheap sheets, kept pulling off the corners and i had to get out of bed and put the corner that pulled off, back on. Horrible sheets

Very nice room. Beds are very comfortable. WiFi worked well. I didn't expect a room at this price point to have a microwave oven, refrigerator, and a coffee maker. Although I didn't use it, I appreciate having a wardrobe. It seems a lot of hotels are getting rid of them. Check-in was easy. I would stay here again.
