"The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Kelowna is a high crime city compared to where we originate and we had a small issue with a non-guest trying to gain access to our room.( break in) . The staff quickly remedied the situation by adding more security features to the room window. They did offer to move us as well but we declined as we were happy with the fix. The hotel is great value , with a full kitchen and in a great location. Its not safe to walk around at night in kelowna though."

"Room was reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Parking lot is tight for larger vehicles. No breakfast as advertised on Expedia, but it is a short walk to nearby restaurants. We would stay there again. "

"Staff were exemplary - everyone had a smile on and were helpful in pointing out things to do and places to eat. A true 5 star resort experience. Lots of places to eat and shop and see the sights within walking distance. Just relaxing in the room was a vacation. The spa is great - had a wonderful massage that sorted me out after a cramped flight. The pool and hot tubs were great and the onsite restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend for a splurge vacation stay."

"Great location near plenty of shops and restaurants. Very family friendly with joining rooms a splash park, slide and pool. Great breakfast. Plenty of onsite parking for free."

"Great hotel, stayed there many times. Clean, comfortable room, hotel staff were great. Ate at the hotel restaurant one of the nights and the food was delicious, a bit expensive, but so are all restaurants these days. Looks like a nice outdoor pool (was too busy to use it while there, and it was April...)."

"Breakfast menu on Sunday May 3 was non existent. Room floors were dirty and we had ants and bug. Bath in room 141 was broken and didn’t drain Couldn’t check in for almost 40 mins when we arrived on Friday May 1st since no one was at the front desk ."
