「The staff is always nice and helpful. The rooms are perfect for our family. The Cookhouse is an easy place to eat. The food is great and only about 100 feet from the furthest cabin door. Love the sitting areas and the trail around the property. Close enough to Park Rapids if you need major stores! We love this place.」

「The cabin itself was comfortable, with a great shower, comfortable furnishings, and a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms.Unfortunately, the listing misrepresented the property's location. It was advertised as a two-bedroom cabin on Lake Osage, with photos of a beach and two docks, and encouraged guests to "Bring your boat!" In reality, the cabin is not on the lake. It sits across a public road on a small, shallow pond. You cannot even see the lake from the cabin because the owners' lakefront...

「Communication with the host was amazing! Check in went so smooth and felt like home the second we pulled in the driveway. The location was perfect. Short drive to go visit the trolls.」

「Great quiet spot for a few days away. Jost was very responsive and helpful. Alpacas were a nice bonus!」

「Fabulous time. Very thoughtful host with well stocked kitchen and house with everything needed. great spot for fishing! Our family had a blast!」

「Let me preface with this, we had a lovely time at the Tiltin Hilton. Lovely lake, super quiet, beautiful sunset over the water, lovely. Place was as advertised, but very dirty. Especially in the accommodations. No TP in the bathroom so I would bring on your own. Some of the lights through the property were not working or very harsh white light. I think warm lighting throughout would really elevate this property.」

「A great fit for my wife and I while we visited family in town. Clean, well appointed and updated on the inside and woodsy and quiet outside. The checkin and checkout was easy and the owner was responsive to any questions we had. Top-notch!」

「Beautiful cabin located down a long gravel road that truly allows you to feel you are away from it all. It was the perfect spot to venture to Itasca State Park, as well as to see Paul & Babe in Bemidji. We enjoyed the peaceful mornings and evenings before and after busy days out. Our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel loved it too! The host was very responsive, we highly recommend this property. 」

「First, a huge shout out to the host for the fantastic communication. Traveling solo for the first time to this area, I was a little apprehensive to stay in the woods alone. The host offered to meet me at the cabin for check-in, and I was also able to keep in contact with him throughout my stay; which made me feel a lot safer, in addition to my family knowing my location. The cabin is absolutely adorable, rustic, and so cozy. If you are looking for a connection with nature and tranquility, this...

「This was a lovely property with great communication from the host. The cabin had fresh decor, was clean and had plenty of space. The EV charger helped us a lot. We also loved the beach, kayaks, paddleboat, pontoon and bonfire. The host added special touches to really make our experience memorable. Thank you!」

「My husband and I enjoyed this wonderful cabin, and Amy was very prompt with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property and will keep it in mind for future trips!」

「Great properly, plenty of room to stretch out. Theresa was a great host and cumminicated quickly. We highly recommend this property.」

「We had a great time, kayaking & the cabin was close to everything.」

「We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, and the fire pit. The porch was way too hot to sleep in so we had to use the couch for our son to sleep on. Everything was well stocked! Thank you for having some fishing poles.... we had alot of fun and some great fishing from the dock!」

「Amazing and attentive hosts. Beautiful quiet location - close to Itasca State Park. We cannot wait to go back next summer. We highly recommend this well stocked, comfortable VRBO!」

「We traveled with a family of 8. This place was perfect. The host family, whom I guess are the owners, were amazing we had difficulties getting into the property and with some direction we got right in. Certainly has the cabin feel. I planned to stay one night in the gazebo but I did not make it out there. We would recommend staying here. Great location for fishing and side by side riding. House was stocked with all the right stuff. The family spent the evenings on the deck or in the sauna.Had...

「Amazing property! Well-equipped house up 65 steps from the lake. The lake was very quiet the entire week we were there. The town of Vergas is adorable and Lida Farm is close by for produce. I recommend for an active group who likes to be up with the sun and active til dark.」

「Beautiful lodging and location. We enjoyed the firepit, the hot tub, and the view of the lake. We made dinner and breakfast in the well stocked kitchen. There were many thoughtful touches such as a wagon to help us bring supplies from the car to the unit.」
