「The breakfast was great. The room space for a family was perfect. We couldn’t access the spa because of the recent flood. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.」

「Very clean and good staff」

「酒店很新凈，整潔，服務優良，還免費開車載去景點遊覽。但在網上訂房時已立即信用卡收取房費，帝望倣效其他酒店，入住時才收取費用。」

「We didn’t stay here, we booked and arrived but it had closed for the season. The owners, after we contacted them, collected us and took us to their other hotel which, was appreciated of course.」

「Clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast」

「The location is more than perfect, just a 1-minute walk from Meydan, right in the center of restaurants, shopping, and everything you need. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Everything was perfect for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!」

「Highly accommodating staff, good breakfast, and convenient location with a view of the masjid and sea. Walkable area.」

「Property was roomy and location was convenient. Great view of the Black Sea from the window. Many shops and restaurants nearby (5 minutes walk). Caught taxi from/to airport for about 500 lira. Ride was about 10 minutes. Staff arranged the taxi to airport.」

「The location of this hotel was perfect; a short walk to evrything; the buses stopped right in front the hotel. The hotel was very well maintained and very clean. Cleaning of the room was done on request. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was good. Overall, an excellent choice for a stay in Trabzon.」

「Hotellet är bra placerat, personalen är vänliga och det var rent i rummet men rummen behöver renovering.」

「Breakfast was very bad. Staff can’t speak or understand English.」

Oda temizdi fitness hamam spa hicbiri aktif degil.」

「Good location, very nice staff and clean place. I think improving the curtains would be better to reduce daylight in the room」
