I have stayed at the Bedford, N.H. Hampton Inn numerous times. Typically it is a pleasant stay. Much of this experience I base on the brief interaction with staff at check-in. On this visit, however, it was a tad below what I have come to look forward to. My check-in person was impersonal and sullen. You might not think it's a big deal but a warm and friendly welcome, maybe even with a smile, is a nice touch to a weary traveler checking in.

I like how Quiet it was and the complimentary breakfast. Also, i like how clear the bathroom floor and shower areas was. I would walk into the bathroom without shower slippers. The pillows are very comfortable too. This was my second staying there because I love it. Thank you i did enjoyed stayed each time.

Unnecessary $250 hold after check out
The hotel is convenient and comfortable. My objection is the $250 they hold for days on end before they decide they don't need it for any reason.

I had another nice stay at the Hampton Inn - Bedford, N.H. I have stayed here many times and it always is a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and helpful and couldn't be more accomodating. It's conveniently tucked away from the bustle of the shopping district. I am sure I will be back soon.

I found a hair under the sheets when I peeled back the cover, the bed was not completely made, there were crumbs on the pull out tray of the night stand, the bottle of conditioner was empty in the shower, there was no tooth paste and the HVAC unit rattled all night.

Brief stay
We were at the hotel for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was always open for coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The elevators sounded in need of repair and the heating/cooling system in the room was very loud and disruptive during the night. The hand held shower in our bathroom did not work.

Some people did a private party at the pool with very loud music and alcool In the pool. We did tell the person at the desk but she said that she could not do anything. It wasn’t safe for us to go to the pool. Very disappointed ☹️

Beds are comfortable and room was clean. On the other hand I have to mention this that the heating system is very noisy, like sleeping with the compressor in the room. Hotel needs to upgrade the system cause it's an ongoing issue in the past also. Good breakfast with lots of variety.

The check in was quick and friendly Steve who checked us in was fantastic, phoned around to find restaurants that were open on Thanksgiving, a great help. He recomended the Red arrow diner, not to be missed.
