We weren't ready for the trains, which arrived every hour to two hours throughout the night, as the railroad is just a couple of hundred feet away—(Sunday night stay - not sure if this matters, which night of the week). ”

“Overall the stay and accommodations were good. A couple minor items of constructive criticism. First, there is another larger cabin/house that appeared to be part of the property near the entrance. We incorrectly assumed it was the owners' and that the garbage dumpster near the road was the one we were to use for our garbage. “Great place and beautiful property with mountains, woods and a river. A nice camping cabin but it is rather rustic. AC worked great as did the hot water for the whole family. Well appointed kitchen for preparing meals. Small fridge so bring a cooler. Had a major problem with yellowjackets but the owner responded quickly with a chemical treatment and adjusted the rate very fairly. All in all a nice family getaway. ”
