「Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

「The beds were extremely clean and very comfortable. The hosts were really welcoming and helpful. The house was clean and warm. I would recommend that more blinds or curtains are placed on windows (upstairs hallway, bathroom) and some plumbing fixtures need attention (bath, downstairs toilet flush). Also, I was taken by surprise by the constant visitors in the back garden, where clean sheets for other houses are stored. They would let themselves in, without notice, right outside the patio doors....

「The property was clean, comfortable and easy to travel to and from. The outdoor patio looked amazing, we were sorry to not have more time to enjoy it. 」

「I don’t know where to begin. I’ll start with the thing that hit us first…. The smell of cannabis! The whole house stunk of canabis! We opened all the upstairs windows & it made no difference. The house got double booked so we had 2 women & a bloke banging the door, who threatened to put all the windows through & my car windows before I said “please don’t, that’s my car!” Ants on the kitchen work surfaces. Washing left in washing machine which stunk like they were washed weeks ago. I found...

「It was a pleasant experience right from the moment we walked through the door. Instructions sent on time so there was no entry hussle and a guide folder with easy to understand instructions on how to use everything within the house. The house was very clean as well, smelt lovely and the back garden... So calming. It was definitely a home away from home experience. Definitely our main go to any time we come to visit the UK.」

"Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful."

"The place is old, but not an issue. But the sheets weren't really clean and found a pubic hairs on my pillow. I slept in my day clothes. The facilities had free parking. I parked and asked reception during check in if that's the right place to park and they advice me yes. After return home from my business trip, I get a parking ticket from the hotel. I provided my receipts and prove I actually stayed there but yet they still insist to charge me with debt collection. Two night stay was 140 pounds. The fine is 170 pounds, and with Eurocar admin charge 45 pounds. After repeated chasing with Eurocar & Hotels.com they still refuse to waive the amount. Want to get ripped off, this is a good place to start."
