Stairs to the loft are narrow and slippery, very dangerous Concierge office is not open, I use Expedia when traveling because I do not like surprises, This booking was full of unpleasant surprises. Very disappointed. When we arrived, we were lucky to find a kind waiter in an adjoining restaurant who spoke English and contacted the caretaker who works from home. If you are looking for something individual and quirky this is the place. The lovely old furnishings in the house fitted beautifully with the age of the house. The owner was lovely and helpful. Breakfast was included and very nice. "
