Very pleasant stay
The Orchard house is well located in Beechworth, and is a very pleasant walk into town.The rooms were all set up very well. We were a family of 6 adults and two under 4 years old.The ping pong table was a hit with all.Sitting on the verandah enjoying the sun was very relaxing.The butler's pantry/laundry was a great feature of the property.

Beechworth bike base
We found the property very well presented, well equipped and clean. Jess and Jen provided clear instructions for location and entry, and additionally they responded promptly to our request for extra coffee pods. The property accommodated the six of us comfortably and the kitchen was well resourced for all our needs. We made good use of the verandah in the evening for drinks and dining, enjoying the pleasant cooling breeze. The location suited us, being just out of town, away from the crowded town centre. As we used the property as a base for bike riding and consequently had washing each day, perhaps an air-drier to use outside would be a useful addition. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
