“Place is dated, needs updates and modernization, to keep up with the time!”

“First and foremost, kudos to Alex and his wonderful wife, two of the most engaging hoteliers my wife and I have ever encountered...and we have traveled the world. We were immediately made to feel at home and treated like old friends. The room we stayed in was exquisitely designed and appointed. Our breakfast was made to order and was the best scrambled eggs and pancakes I've ever eaten at a motel. Alex single-handedly added value to our too-short stay with his humor, his insights, his……

“This hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful and the continental breakfast was very good.”

“The room and lobby were clean and fresh and the staff were very nice. The only issue is that housekeeping began knocking loudly on doors and saying housekeeping as early as 8:45am and opened the door, looked around, saw me sleeping, then said I’ll come back. It startled me and disturbed my sleep. Not sure why they are opening doors of occupied rooms.”

“The Hampton Inn McMinnville was an excellent host for my stay there along with 20 or so others. The breakfast bar (included) was fantastic with a great selection and quantity to choose from. We reserved a meeting room close to the breakfast area to set up our own area to relax as a group with a buffet and bar for drinks. The staff and especially the night manager were extremely accommodating and responsive to our group needs. The only issue I encountered in my room (201) was the bathroom sink……

“The staff are wonderful. The property is dated with some improvements to the rooms. The rooms were clean and the beds were fine. A perfect place to stop to rest before moving on.”

“The hotel was dirty, cleaners need a new career. The bathroom was grosse. There was food in the fridge from the last guest and the room had a horrible smell that would not go away.”

“Comfortable hotel but difficult to get into due to 10 steps up to get to main entrance in either front or back of hotel. Tough for seniors and definitely not for handicapped. They do offer a decent breakfast that is included with room fee. Much cheaper to book with hotel than any booking site. Close to freeway exit with many fast food or restaurants nearby.”

“The rooms were very clean the water pressure and the hot water in the shower was wonderful The facility itself was very clean and neat The room was well maintained all things functioned well microwave refrigerator only thing that was odd to me was there was not a coffee maker so we had to go out for coffee each morning.. but I enjoyed my stay and if we go back we will go there again. “Expedia did not tell us when booking Sleep Inn, Manchester, TN was undergoing major reconstruction due to water damage. Elevator was waiting repair so limited room to first floor. Would have chosen different hotel. Room was fine and breakfast was fine. Checkin clerk very friendly. When reconstructed will be fine, probably months.”
