「We really enjoyed the meal at the restaurant and the morning Pilates class. Staff were fantastic.」

「The property was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful.」

「Unfortunately, the previous reviews are right. This was an old Best Western that is now in private hands and the hotel is just not kept up. Room cleanliness overall was not good. Floor was dirty and dusty every day (I don’t think they ever swept). 「Simple and clean for a night. Rooms are a bit dated, but perfectly fine.」

Jeugd : WiFi valt regelmatig weg Lekker ontbijt, heel vriendelijk personeel」

「Thank you very much for their staff taking me to the hotel during heavy rain!」

「Gutes Frühstück. Zimmer sauber. Alles top.」

「L’Esprit Sain was an adequate place to stay while visiting Malmedy, and its central location made it convenient for exploring the town and surrounding area. The staff was pleasant during check-in, and the breakfast each morning was enjoyable, offering a nice selection to start the day. If you’re looking for a simple place to spend the night while sightseeing, it serves its purpose. That said, there were a few aspects that kept the experience from being exceptional. The room was quite dark, even...
