酒店本身還不錯，地點方便，設施充足，前台人也友善。 只是在第二天早上到餐廳用早餐時，看到點名的女職員一直站在旁邊看著你用餐，像盯監犯一樣，卻不提供任何協助，只有另一個一直在收盤的百忙中回應一下，感覺就不太舒服了。

The checkin was disgusting . It took me over 2 hours to checkin my group with 8 rooms. Really a simple process if the front desk knew what to do. It wasn't until the front desk manager finally helped that the process was finalised.

Penta Beijing

Previous stays in Beijing had been at the Novotel close by, but had found this could be quite noisy and we had stayed in Penta in Shanghai in the past. Room is small but OK for our needs and price reasonable. Breakfast is good but found their other dining options expensive . Overall no problems

Good location and safe surrounding

Booked a deluxe room which is nice and spacious. Excellent location next to places for shopping and plenty of restaurants nearby. Next to a subway station and walkable distance to the railway station.

The hotel is 2 minutes walk from the subway station, which is really convenient. It is also attached to a mall which you can get all you basic needs (e.g starbucks, kfc, mcd and etc). Attached to the hotel is also a convenience store where you can get your snacks, water and breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Beijing. Highly recommended!

This Hotel Has a good Vibe when you enter, also a great quality buffet is in a great location Close to all amenities including the subway, Local restaurants ,and a great massage day spa in the same street. I would recommend the Pentahotel.
