“Excellent customer service but the hotel too old needs renovations”

“The hotel location is very good, in the very center of the old city of Beirut. The staff are kind and helpful. the room is fine but the carpet was a bit derty. The room do not even have a bottle of free water, if arrive late and tired have to go out to buy water, that's very bad.”

“Hotel was good and staff great especialy Zeina. However the airport pick up was not a good welcome. I know i requested "normal" pick up and i didn't ask what that meant, but you should remove that from your services entirely if it means an old ALLO Taxi parked in a dark basement with windows open because of the heat and full of dust. Furthermore the 79 years old driver had no clue where your hotel was and i had to show him and all the road he was complaining about his health and the state of the……
