I travelled to Orange County with my family last week, and unfortunately it was the worst travel experience we have had in all our years of travelling. While the family room itself was acceptable, several other services that were far below an acceptable standard. My son has a severe allergy to cats and must carry an EpiPen. On our very first evening in the dining area, we were shocked to see numerous cats inside the restaurant — under tables, on chairs, and freely roaming around as if they belonged there. No effort was made by staff to remove them. That evening, my son suffered an allergic reaction and had to take antihistamines. I raised this issue with reception and guest services (Sherry), who advised there was little they could do about the cats, but offered to let us eat outside the restaurant instead. The food was repetitive and lacked flavour. The same options were served daily for breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner, with only minimal variation during lunch and evenings. I have coeliac disease and am vegetarian. Throughout my stay, I repeatedly requested a hot meal suitable for my dietary requirements. For the duration my option were salad with chips or wedges for both lunch and dinner. This hotel claims to be 5-star, but it is clearly outdated and in need of significant refurbishment. Based on our experience, the service provided would not even meet a 2-star standard, the food quality barely deserves 1 star, and with cats roaming freely around food areas, the hygien

Das Hotel ist schön, entspricht aber nicht einem 5 Sterne Rating. Speisen waren gut, aber nach einer Woche langweilig. Die Einstieg in die Badewanne zum Duschen ist zu hoch, eine Dusche wäre hier optimal. Die Umgebung rund ums Hotel bietet wenig und schlecht erschlossen mit ÖV. Die Abendprogramme sind gut aber die Musik viel zu laut.

Der Pool sehr dreckig haben am ersten Tag erlebt, wie Pool abgesperrt haben, wegen kot Am nächsten Tag war das Kinder Pool gesperrt auch wegen kot!!! Haben auch nicht richtig gesehen ob die den Pool sauber machen, ich glaube die benutzen auch kein Chlor!! Haben uns so geäckelt das wir nur am Strand waren. Det Strand war das schlimmste, wo Ich bisher war!!! Im Wasser waren lauter weißer Schaum!!!!!! Es ist kein Getränke Service!!!!! Der Personal ist nur beschäftigt mit einem sehr dreckigen Wagen das Geschirr abzuräumen, wenn Mann die Wagen sieht wo das schmutzige Geschirr reinkommt, ist der Appetit weg Das ist auf keinen Fall ein 5 Sterne Hotel!!!! Die Bewertungen sind falsch oder auch gefälscht. Ein Morgen waren wir um 10.15 Uhr frühstücken, das Frühstücksbuffet war 10.30 Uhr haben es noch geschafft und Kleinigkeiten zu nehmen, es saßen auch noch viele Gäste im Restaurant, als es 10.40 Uhr war, ging die Lichter und die Klimaanlage aus und Mann konnte nicht mehr im Restaurant sitzen, weil Mann richtig geschwitzt hat. Was ich sagen möchte, der Personal ist fixiert zum abräumen, und versuchen sauber zu mach was sie auch nicht richtig schaffen. Die Toiletten sind sowas dreckig, in der Lobby und auch draußen. Wir mussten immer ins Zimmer laufen. Trotz das wir aufgepasst hatten, haben meine 2 Kinder und ich Magendarm mit Durchfall gehabt.!!!!! Vor ist ein Arztraum aber kein Arzt da, da saß ein Pfleger und sagte ich soll ins Krankenhaus Zum Glück hatte ich Medikamente dabei!

Worst Vacation Ever – Avoid This Resort! My experience at Orange County Belek was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The staff were extremely rude and arrogant, starting from the check-in desk and continuing with every other member of the team I encountered. The food was awful — no variety whatsoever, with the same low-quality options served every single day. The rooms were not properly cleaned; they would only change the towels and leave everything else untouched. This place completely ruined my holiday. It was by far the worst vacation I have ever had. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

I booked this property expecting a quality experience, especially with VIP Access, but it was completely unacknowledged and offered no benefit at all. The overall service was shockingly poor — most of the staff were rude and unhelpful, with the exception of three individuals who at least tried to make a difference: the relationship manager, Mellissa the waitress, and Selim the maître d’ on the night shift. Cleanliness was questionable, and the food was both repetitive and terrible. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were essentially the same uninspired, low-quality options every day. Presentation and taste were equally disappointing. The lack of variety and freshness was unacceptable for a property of this supposed standard. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this property unless significant changes are made to service, cleanliness, and dining.
